AND SO IT BEGINS!

10 weeks from now, I am going to be transformed thanks to Double-T Sports!

I will be posting my diet, workouts, and supplement usage in this log.

I will be posting my starting pics today once I get them uploaded.

I hope everybody has a wonderful NEW YEAR!

Day 1 workout:
No workout except chasing my 2-year old daughter all over the house! My gym is closed.

Day 1 diet (updated throughout day):
Meal 1: 8 egg whites, 1.5 C green beans, 32 g Peanut Butter, large grapefruit

Meal 2: 2 Scoops Myofusion mixed with water, 1 C green beans, 15 g Peanut Butter

Meal 3: 2 Scoops Myofusion made into sludge, 1.5 C green beans, 15 g Peanut Butter

Meal 4:8 egg whites, 1 C green beans, 30 g Peanut Butter

Meal 5: (Carb Load)
1 C green beans
1 C oatmeal (measured dry)
18 almomds
1 Tsp honey
Small pack raisins
Large Grapefruit
8 oz sweet potato
30 g peanut butter
Everything loaded down with splenda

Supplements (updated throughout day):
* 1 scoop creadyl before breakfast
*sipping on Intrabolic throughout day
*1 Scoop creadyl between meals 2 and 3

Workout:
No workout today. Hanging out with the family and going to see my twin sister and her newborn baby boy as they come home! Rest up for the big week coming up! Gotta hit it hard! Only 67 days left!

MEALS:
Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 1 scoop myofusion cpb, 30 g pb, large grapefruit
Meal 2: Grilled chicken salad with 1 tbsp light ceasar dressing, 1 oz. pistachios, sugar-free chocolate mousse cup.
Meal 3: 8 egg whites, 1 C green beans, 30 g PB, sugar-free caramel creme cup (so good)!
Meal 4: 1.5 scoops ON Casein, 1 C green beans, 15 g PB


Supplements
*1 scoop creadyl before breakfast
*CL Reduction AM before breakfast
*Multi w/breakfast
*LG BCAA-EAA sample sipped between meals
*1 scoop creadyl between meals 2 and 3

Legs pretty dang sore today, and I can tell they are fatigued! I will see how the soreness is tomorrow!

Diet looks real solid man. Lot of Whey in there. Just more convenient with always being on the go? How is the CPB myo, Strawberrys & cream is still my all time favorite protein and I am currently working through a tub of Mint Choco

Yes, it is more about convenience for me. The cpb myo is very disappointing for me. XF's is much better imo. The strawberry is the real deal though! How is the mint? I loved XF's mint.

I was wondering how they did on the Choco PB flavoring. Guess I'll have to fork up the extra dough and stick the XF.

Great way to start the week. I am carb-depleted today and will load tonight. I still did a good job though and felt like I had nice strength and focus![/B]

MEALS:Meal 1: ON 2:1:1 recovery (post-wortkout)
Meal 2: 8 egg whites, 1.5 C green beans, large grapefruit, 30 g PB
Meal 3: 8 egg whites, 1 C green beans, 30 g PB, sugar-free caramel-creme cup (Jell-O makes these things. 60 cals. And delicious)!

Supp thoughts
I'm LOVING the combo of creadyl and NO-Beta right now! Great workout even though I was low-carb. I attribute much of my focus and energy to these supps today.

Check out my new kicks! I got them custom-made from Nike id. They were actually made in Vietnam and shipped here. I bet the person who made them got paid like a buck (if that)! Anyway, they have my last name monogrammed on them. What do yall think? I think they are witchin!!!!

Witchin' is what I say instead of the same word except with a B where the W is. I try to keep the language clean!

Cost $145 shipped, so not any more than the ones in the stores really.

Workout Thoughts: Holy cow!! My back is so pumped right now. I'm excited about the new pr on deads. The giant set was a killer, and really spent my whole back. I've had 2 back surgeries on my low back, so I really have to watch the back extensions as they make me very sore. They felt real good today though! Superb workout

I didn't feel the BA tingles today, but dang the pump was definitely there! I love the taste of creadyl and can't wait to break into my tub of lemon-lime to check out that flavor. These early morning workouts require a quick boost of energy and focus. The combo of Creadyl and NO-Beta give those to me!

Lat pressdowns/pulldowns are performed while standing in front of a pulley machine with a T-bar or pulldown bar attached to the upper pulley. You grab the bar at about arm's length and pull it down towards your upper thighs.

I use them now in my routine, pump is nuts :D

Yep. Lat pressdowns (or straight-arm pressdowns, whichever you want to call them) are amazing for really finishing off your lats! I like to put them near the end of my workout to really punish my lats! Hurt like heck if done right.

Giant Set 1: Bulging Biceps Workout. 8 PC reps followed by 8 frm reps. No rest between exercises. 1 minute rest between giant sets. 3 sets

Workout Thoughts:
The workout was unbelievable! My arms were pumped and veiny as all get-out! I took many pics after the workout and will post them at lunchtime today hopefully. I measured my arms pre and post-workout. They were a shade over 15 dry and 17 flexed pre-wo. After the workout, they measured a shade over 18 flexed!!!!! I'm sporting 18's on a 182 pound frame! So excited.

MEALS:

Meal 1: 2.5 scoops nitro-core post-wo.
Meal 2: 2 scoops Nitro-core
Meal 3: 2 cans tuna fillet, 1.5 C green beans, 18 Almonds
Meal 4: 2 scoops nitro-core made into brownie, 1.5 C green beans, 18 almonds
Meal 5: 8 egg whites, 1 C green beans, Large grapefruit, 30 g PB, strawberry jell-o cup
Meal 6:


Supplements:

* San Tight Extreme Fat Burner Sample
* 1 scoop creadyl between meals 4 and 5

supp thoughts:
Creadyl and NO-Beta are working like MAGIC! Pumps are awesome and so is my focus at 5 am! I'm loving it! The Intrabolic is also working great by reducing the soreness of these intense workouts. Can't wait to replace it with Glutacene to see the comparison!
The fat burner gave me heart palpatations, so I doubt I will be using it again.

Yep. Well, I do sip on Intabolic or other bcaa supps. during my workout...so I guess not truly fasted, but I do not have a whole-food meal before my 5 am workouts.

Thanks, Beast! I wear Schiek gloves with the wrist-wraps. They are the only ones I will wear. Expensive but well worth it imo.

Are they comfortable? I had an off brand a few years ago, they were cheap, and helped to a degree, but they mad my hands very itchy!

These things are like the Cadillac of lifting gloves. NOTHING compares to them imo. I've tried dozens of gloves and this kind owns them all. Very comfortable.

For me, these high reps, lower weight have brought out tremendous vascularity and muscle separation. Of course, my diet has a lot to do with that, too.

Haha! I buy frozen green beans, and then cook them in the microwave and store them in the fridge.

When its time to eat, I measure out the portion I want and add in the peanut butter on top. Put it all in the microwave to warm up for 1 minute. Take it out, mix it up, throw in a little salt, and enjoy!!

I really like these climb sets. It is a nice routine change from the normal pyramid-style routines. My muscles are confused and growing! The best part is, I am looking forward to each workout and really excited! The DB presses are really tough due to the stabilizer muscles involved compared to the BB bench press.

I wanted to cry like a little school-girl! The Biceps workout was awesome! I went up a little in weight, so that was nice. The vascularity and pump was epic! The triceps workout was the heardest I have done. My triceps would just not work! The forearms were not nearly as bad, but I have to bring them up to par with the other two parts. When I finished, I did some posing and took pics, so those will be posted tomorrow for your viewing pleasure! Haha.

I really like these climb sets. It is a nice routine change from the normal pyramid-style routines. My muscles are confused and growing! The best part is, I am looking forward to each workout and really excited! The DB presses are really tough due to the stabilizer muscles involved compared to the BB bench press.

I personally take it everyday. Just due to the fact of caffeine tolerance. If I don't take it on my off days then I will receive a headache in return because of caffeine. It's a good wake up anyways.

You talk about a humbling workout! By the 3rd set, I barely got 185x8 reps. I usually finish my bench presses with 315 for a couple of reps, but this giant set absolutely murdered my chest! By far the hardest part was the db incline presses. After the 8 pc reps, my chest was on fire and I was screaming like a little girl! After completing the workout, my chest was swollen like never before! I can't wait to do this again next week!

Workout Thoughts
I was so tired this morning when I woke up! I didn't know if I would have a good workout, but on the way to the gym I took my NO-Beta and Creadyl and told myself, "You've got a freakin' contest to win!" By the time I started my leg presses I was ready to roll!

The leg presses were deadly! I may not be able to walk tomorrow. Haha! I like the climb sets, but I may switch it up next week and really try to go heavy to shock my muscles a little bit...The sissy squats almost turned me into a sissy! They are so tough!

Meals:
Meal 1: 2 scoops myofusion post-wo
Meal 2: 2 scoops myofusion, 18 almonds
Meal 3: 2 scoops myofusion brownie, 1.5 C green beans, 18 almonds
Meal 4: 8 egg whites, 2 C romaine lettuce w/ 1 tbsp light dressing, 30 g pb, sf jello cup

NO-Beta/Creadyl combo really saved me this morning! I was so tired, but the got me going. Turned into a GREAT workout and my legs are growing! Watch OUT!!!!!

The way the leg press is set up, you can load up just one side if you want and it disperses the weight evenly. Pretty sweet!

Unbelievable! I had veins going everywhere and I couldn't hardly move my arms. I had partners who completed the workout with me, and they were ready to puke in the trashcan. One of them kept holding his bicep like it was a newborn and kept complaining, "It hurts!" Haha. I told him to take some advil when he left, but he said he was gonna tough it out. He won't be able to move tomorrow! Haha.

* 2 scoops protein powder

* Add in water to make a soupy mixture

* Put in microwave and set timer for 1:30 (microwave powers vary, so you have to play around with the time. At home, I only need about 1:30, but at school, my microwave takes about 3:00).

* Check the mixture every 15 seconds or so once you hit the 1:20-1:30 range if you have to cook it longer.

* The mixture should begin to fluff up as its cooking. Once it is nice and fluffy, remove from microwave and let cool. Enjoy! You can throw splenda on top to sweeten.

*CAUTION: If you cook it too long, it will turn out hard and un-tasty! So you have to do a little trial-n-error to find out exactly what works. Good Luck!

Do you add PB to your brownie? I have been and it really makes it good and fits my macro-nutrient profile perfectly. I have tried to do this at work but the protein I have here is not condusive to this recipe, it turns out rubber like. My Scivation, MHP and one other I have tried at home work great though. I love these things but very filling.

This workout by Double-T Sports is very intense!!!! It really gets due to the combo of heavy weight and little rest. I LOVE the barbell rows to exhaustion. I had never done them for my rear-delts before and I was very, very impressed with this exercise! It burned them to the ground! The entire shoulder routine took right under 15 minutes, and it was unbelievable! Definitely doing it again next week.

I have very little carbs except for every 18th meal which is a high-carb (oatmeal, sweet potato, and grapefruit), high-fat (almonds and pb), and minimal protein. I have really had great results with this diet in the past, but I'm gonna try to keep my calories higher this time to try to preserve as much muscle as possible.

That shoulder routine looks intense. 40 lb laterals in a superset is crazy! I can do 40 lbs on laterals but my form is weak and doubt very seriously I could squeeze them out regardless of form at the end of a superset.

Sure man. It's from the niacin and beta-alanine. I get red splotches all over my neck and upper-torso area, and get a prickly feeling all over that area for about 20 minutes or so. Is this what happens to you, too?

yeah it is EXACTLY what happened accept mine lasted for atleast an hour, and it burned really bad and scared the **** out of me i had to leave the gym. It was more of a burning sensation and not prickly i didnt enjoy it at all.

My face/ears/arms were effected the most by the red blotches

It won't hurt you, but it is uncomfortable. My face has never gotten blotchy, but ears and arms have. Eating something with the supps. will minimize this. Taking it on an empty stomach all at once (not sipping) really does it to me.

Oh man, I got it BAD yesterday, all over my upper body and some on my legs! The key is not waiting to far from a meal. I think i had spaced out my meal about 75 mins, then I chugged the CreaDyl cuz i was short on time. it suckeed.

Dude, it is going awesome! I actually have an appointment on Monday up in Atlanta to have my bodyfat tested via the Bod Pod (most accurate analysis device out there). I'm having it done again at the end of the challenge to see the change. I'm in this thing to win it, bro!
