Welcome to my journal. I dont necessarily train specifically for bodybuilding or powerlifting. I like to incorporate both training ideas in my workouts/routine.

Squat - 465
Bench Press - 325
Deadlift - 570

I'm loving training right now. I haven't been this motivated for awhile.

Focusing on speed, the bands also provided some good tension at the top.

Flat DB Press
