Hey all, I've been a member for a while. I have played two seasons with Acadia Axeman University in Nova Scotia Canada.

As A rookie i had 10 catches for 100 yards and no touchdowns.

This year as a sophmore i had 20 catches for 345 yards and 4 TD's.

I trained hard all last year and it paid off, I was faster, stronger, smarter and more confident. A bit of success also had negative impacts I have took the last month off training and went from 193 down to 185ish.

Last year I Tested at
Bench: 325lb Max or 225x17
Power Clean 275lb x 2RM
Squat 405lb x 1RM below Parallel

My diet will be fairly strict but im not a nazi by any means. If i feel like having a cheat meal i will but for the most part I eat very well.

Tomorrow is the start to the rest of my life. I hope you All subscribe and watch me progress into greatness.

THERE WILL BE NO DRINKING, OR PARTYING THIS IS A GUARANTEE.! I have already lost lots of time I can't get back. I'll make sure to post my routine and diet daily. I will be following the Youngstown State University Program as well as there conditioning.

STAY TUNED.... YOU WONT WANT TO MISS THIS!
