Either you have more fat to loose, or you don't have big enough muscles...it has to be one or the other.

Well you should be taking in carbs in your post w/o shake, and LOTS during your weekly carb-up.
is oats ok for post wo shake? i dont want to take maltodextrin
No oats are not good. You want fast acting high GI carbs, so maltodextrin and/or dextrose should be used.
but then i get hungry very quickly after that - i dont want to increase my cals that much

Rez you should be eating at most an hour after your shake anyway, and don't count your PW shake into your cals, protein or carb daily totals, noone I know does and we've never had problems. Bump the dextrose in the shake too.

You have to eat a good sized meal after a workout, how else is your body going to get the nutrients to repair itself?? Trust me, if you are doing what you are supposed to at the gym, your body will use it.

Rez, how many times must you be told before you listen. You need post w/o carbs. The reason you look flat is because you are losing muscle. Your carb-up must be restructured, and don't fear the dextrose post w/o. If everybody is telling you to take the dextrose, why the staunch resistance?
i was initally given the ckd guidelines by mr x on elite fitness board.
he said no carbs
then on ckd.com low carb link says no carbs post wo...but does suggest carbup after fullbody training.
i used to have post w/o carbs - but sinse ive started ckd - it definetly looks like ive lost weight - thats a good thing, and i dont want to go back to the way i was before.

The pure CKD doesn't include post w/o carbs, but most of us here don't think its sensible to follow that approach. You can still follow a CKD with added hjigh GI liquid carbs immediately post w/o, but no other time outside your carb-up. If your worried about carbs overall, just limit your carb-up to 24hrs instead of 36hrs or 12 instead of 24.
rez......your original question was about looking flat and not toned and hence needing more muscle. The post w/o shake will help this, as will the carb-up.
I checked one of your old threads, as youre female, you may want to consider a TKD, some women find this better than a CKD, less chance of spillover.
The various types of keto diet are not written in stone. You need to tweak the basic outline to suit you specifically. Experimentation is the key to keto IMO. You must find what works for you.

SUPER BUMP!
Anyone who says it's written in stone, is someone you should not listen too IMO. Those are usually salesman of one sort or the other with profit on their minds. We here (and on CKD.com) on the otherhand offer free advice and suggestions, that have and do help many. We all keep each other on our toes as well in constantly experimenting and exchanging information.

CKD wasn't one of the 10 commandments etched on the tablets that Moses took down from the mountain?
Crap...which one did I ignore all these years? ;)
On that note...I think I should probably get some sleep.
