So I'm wondering is it possible to add good amount of muscle to the legs if they are pretty skinny or do you have to have big legs to start off with. I aks because my legs are really skinny and I want big legs. My top half look bigger then my bottom so I feel like I don't look Symmetrical. Is there only so much muscle you can get???

I've never had skinny legs, or skinny anything for that matter, LOL...but I've read that shorter people (I'm 5'4) are able to build their legs more than taller people. This is true? I've build some pretty decent quads and hams over the past year or so, but I still have a lot of fat covering all the muscle. Once I lean out my legs will be killer! LOL :)

Might be considered easier since taller people have more area to cover and have to build more mass than shorter people.

That's right! I'm 5'8 and I'm having a hell of a hard time filling them out like I want to. They're better now than not having muscle at all though... it'll just take a little longer than the shorter gals.

I guess i might be the only one here with the issue of thick legs that are not firm and lean

Well I'm 5'5 and I've gotta put more effort into em'! When I do deadlifts and watch myself in the mirror they're like my "chicken legs" at the mo lol, but I do believe some ham is starting to appear.
I think we can do it. We've just gotta kick some serious glute in the gym!
