So I can't get detailed into my diet or training right now,
But some stats about me... I dieted from 193 last year and got down into the 160's after cutting water. The height of my bulk was 220 this year. I'm currently around 200 pounds... my projected weight is around 180, but If that doesn't look good, I'll keep going.
I'm very lucky this year to have the support of NRG-X Labs. There supplements are a huge help. I'll be using Anabolic Raptor, Overdose, Maxx Pump, Beta Maxx, CEE 3000, Vitalcore, and Xtreme Greens.
I'm not using fat burners right now, but am gonna get some red stinger for next month.
PS: If anyone is interested, I do some articles and threads with all kinds of detailed information on the NRG-X facebook. Check it out if you'd like.

Good luck with your prep....youve got some good muscle to work with.
Couple things.....I noticed you said you cut into the 160's last year after cutting water. Then, this year you are going to shoot for 180 lbs cut. That seems like an awful lot of muscle to pack on in one year.......and you also cut water. Are you an "enhanced" athlete? IF not, I wouldnt expect that you added more than a few lbs of muscle so you may be setting yourself up for coming up short on time. I also would not advise cutting your water at the end.....do some reading around here; most of the naturals do not advise that as its a good way to hold sub-q water.

Yeah, this is true. I realize 12-20 pounds is an awful lot of muscle to put on. I guess this becasue I had similar bodyfat at 220 as i did last year in the 190's. I'm not enhanced, but I'm 18 with hardcore training, diet, and smart supplementation. Like I said, If i have to drop to 170, thats where I will go. I go by the mirror. Last thing I want is extra fat becasue of my "projected weight."
And yeah.. I was thinking about doing the water different this year. I mean I've completelt changed how I'm dieting. Last go around was more a learning experience.

Okay well. Thought I'd get my diet up here finally...
I'm trying to do 2-3 low carb days followed by one carb up.
Low carb day will just have vegetables only instead of the oats.
Meal one: four egg whites, one whole egg, half cup of oats.
Meal 2. 8 oz fish, green vegs, half cup oats
Meal 3: same as 2
Meal 4: 2 scoops whey protein, 40 grams fast carbs
Meal 5: 8 oz fish, green vegs
Meal 6: 1 scoop casein, 1 whole egg.

Well, at 18, its still a lot of muscle but certainly possible. That would be great if you found out that you could come in that much heavier.

Okay guys. As far as my training goes, I'm doing a five day boday split.
day 1: Chest, bi's, abs
day 2: quads, hams, calves
day 3: delts, traps, abs
day 4:arms and calves
day 5: back
As for cardio I'm doing about 20-30 minutes everyday first thing in the morning. This seems to be working for now. I don't want to try to rush anything an burn through a bunch of muscle.
