Okay so i've been trying to wake up to do cardio in the morning but i cant ever find the motivation to do it, what gets you guys up in the morning? I mean i can wake up at 6-7 am and i DO wake up i just cant find the motivation to do cardio. I know some people are naturally just a morning person but i definately am not, so basically what im asking is what gets you goin?

Sometimes bro....I lay there debating if I'm going to do my cardio or slit my throat....I then feel my stomach...I tell myself.....your 6 pack is waitin under that thin layer of fat......Another motivator for me is music.....As soon as I get up I put my earphones in and start listening to alternative music(my favorite)...it get my blood goin and wakes me up so I'm stoked to do my cardio routine......

for 2 years i've working out in the eveing, and i always told myself i am not a morning person i am an evening person, but that didn't matter as now my work hours changed, so I am left with no choice but to work out in the morning as all gyms close by the time i get off from work, so been working out in the morning for about 10 days now, feels good, so i guess my motivation is to either workout in the morning or not workout at all. i sleep earlier, so basically i shifted my free time from after work to before work. i've seen people get better results from the morning, but dunno so i'll see ... i wake up at 8:30, have the scoop of whey i prepared the night before as breakfast with a banana and nutella, drink my NO after half an hour, start workout at 10 and finish at 12, and get to work at 1.

I can't wake up in the morning unless physically forced but I used to wake up real early to run.
If possible go to bed earlier and set your alarm, have a quick breakfast like a shake or something, do a bit of cardio and come home.
