Double-T Sports Creadyl & NO Beta Transformation Challenge
Started the contest 12/7/09. It's late now but I wanted to get the log posted. I'll come back tomorrow and post from Day 1.

hwy2hottie's Double-T Transformation Log from 12/7/09 - 2/14/10
First 10 days workouts were not logged.
Supplements started on Day 1 12/7/09.
NO-Beta: Started with 3 Tabs at beginning of session, started with 10 minute bike warmup.
By the end of the week I moved up to 5 Tabs because I wasn't feeling any tingling. I definitely feel the pump at 5.
164 lbs
Never taken creatine before. When taking Creadyl I had to get used to the strong acidity when it touched my lips. After a week I got used to the taste. I take the Creadyl (1 scoop)only during weightlifting sessions 6 days a week.
5 Day Split with extra back and shoulders on Day 6. Rest Day 7.

had a clean bulking diet in the month of december for heavy lifting. now that i have the added muscle...i'm going to try to see if i can supercede or at least maintain poundage on my lifts durint the month of january and february while on a cutting diet.
i do wish i had more time for cutting but i'll do my best with the time left.

I have not did a steady workout on legs since about July/August so I'm definitely not as strong as I used to be in this area. Reason I was not training them was to even out my overall look for stage back in October.

I got about 5 more weeks. Thank you. I'm still lifting heavy but it's cuttin time! Double T works great! Everything promised!

no i pulled my plantar fascia and cardio halted for the past two weeks. i tightened up my diet even more and kept on some heavy lifting sessions. making progress but not as fast as I would have if i could do cardio. i'm still very happy with my strength changes and muscle growth!

I used the last of both yesterday =( =( =( it's the last week and i'm preppin for my last photosession. not as much bf off as i wanted because of my injury but i'm really happy with the strenth and muscle growth! I love NO-Beta! I take 5 with no tingly sensations. Thanks for checkin in on me Jordan
