Well I'll get right to the chase. I want to see you guys' opinion on my motivation. I don't want any of that "If that's what you think." or "It's your choice." crap. I want y'all's opinions, so here I go: My motivation:
In summer I had my PE (Pectus Excavatum) fixed. It was where my chest went inward. First I tried lifting weights thinking I was just plain skinny. I was wrong, so I got it fixed. After 5+ months of grueling pain from the surgery, I'm trying to work out again. The surgery really made me even less fit than I was. For the past...my life I've never really been that active. Now I'm a sophomore in HS and a good portion of my friends are working out and an even bigger portion have joined the fitness team at school. I wanted to join with them, but I decided I'd work out on my own for a year and join Junior year. When we go climbing or walking I'm always the one who tires out first. I want to be able to keep up with them too. When spring starts up we're supposedly gonna run together. That's my motivation and now I turn it over to you.
