This guy told me that Bench pressing everyday is Bad for you,and also that working out on the same muscle groups everyday is bad,is this true?

you will likely see strength gains quickly this way but size will come slower as you are giving your muscles no time for repair.

doubtful that you'll gain anything from this, period.. dont bench everyday.. find a program and stick to it..

at your age at least givie it every other day at the least... every third or 4th day is ok.

There is a literal treasure trove of great information and knowledgeable posters here. Clearly, with threads like this you've taken no time whatsoever to read any of it and have no clue about hypertrophy or strength training.
