Just talk to the girls as if they were your guy friends

such as "hey whatsup"

"did you see the game last night"

etc

then get em in bed nd profit

but obviously change the subject lmao, tell said girl that she looks cute today or some bs

Go out on the "newbie mission". Have your parents drop you off at the local mall. Walk around through it and every girl you come across start a small conversation. Can be as small as just saying hi, or asking her a question about what looks good, etc. Do it for a few hours, try to do it to 15-20 girls.

Pretty much guaranteed to remove your social anxiety.
