so..after training in BJJ and a bit of boxing for a couple of years I desided to try freestyle wrestling (always been impressed by it, but only now i managed to find a place where they train it). Started last week, and absolutely love it, actualy picking it up quite well, question is, in my weight lifting routine I do olympic squats twice a week, oly front squats on wednesdays and oly back squats on sundays, and my wrestling training is on mondays and thursdays for now (cant go more often atm because of work). Do you think olympic squats twice a week is too much pressure on the knees together with wrestling training or it should be fine? My legs are fecking killing me since i started wrestling :D
I really want to get to 250lbs body weight so I dont realy want to exclude one day of squats out of my lifting routine but at the same time dont want to do any harm to my legs either heh since Im planning to do 20 rep squat routine in about a month again, what do you guys think?
