Yo. I plan on losing body fat. I'm 5"11 154 pounds, After I've cut weight I'm going to work on getting a six pack Apart from green tea and skimmed milk, water is all I drink.
7:20- Quakers organic oatmeal and a bannana with green tea
10:50- Fruit or nuts
12:50- Large turkey sandwich
3:30- 185g John west canned tuna (sunflower oil)
5:30- Brown rice + vegetables
6:30-7:30 1 hour run
8:00 A glass of skimmed milk.
If I follow this 7 days a week I should get my body fat low so I can start working on abs eventually right? If you could make improvements on this please do =)
