hey everyone,
Just wanted to wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Bodybuilding is such a selfish sport. The demands are great and require us to give all of ourselves to the sport if we want to be the best we can be. Because of this, for months we have to sacrifice our time with the ones we love if we want to win. However, even though its hard for them, they love us soo much and understand what we are trying to do that they are willing to be that sacrifice.
Let this be the day where we spend time with those who love us. Let this be the day where we say thank you, I'm sorry, and most importantly, i love you.
