I've had about 10 previous subluxations.. i've been to the doctors and scans showed some stretched ligaments. Doc said to do strengthening exercises for it.. with the resistance band.. which i've been doing.

it's been 6 months and my shoulder still get's on average 1 subluxation a month. Just last week while I was on the boxing bag.. i felt the subluxation.. and there's usually a small degree of pain... and i feel vulnerable to subluxation when lifting etc.. i've been feeling around my shoulder seeing if anything's wrong and recently found that i can push the head of the humorous out and into different part of the joint.

what's wrong with my shoulder??

logic would say get the surgery but i seriously don't think it's that worse.. i have full ROM and plus i can do everything i could normally do. it just feel unstable..

It's possible you have a bankart lesion.

Did you have an MRI? Did they use contrast?

If you've been subluxing with exercises it could be because you're going too hard... or it could be something like the bankart lesion like I mentioned above which makes you more susceptible to subluxing/dislocating the shoulder.

I would follow up with your docs about this. It is not normal especially if you are doing RC work for it.
