Contests in new york????????? anyone?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone knew of any contests available to join in new york and how exactly to get started... I really have a hard time staying motivated and i know that if i sign my self up for a contest, ITs ON , and I will train my ass off. I really need to know where to start and how to sign up thanx.

There are a couple in Plattsburgh (way upstate, if you aren't sure). There's one in March and another one in I believe May. Just do a search and you'll find some info.

hey there are 2 shows in april and one in october every year that i know of held in upstate new york... need to get ahold of joe christiano or jerry marsala... joe was my trainer trainerofnaturalchampions . com thats his own personal site i believe he is on here as well good luck!
