Today I started the cut. My first big step. 21 Weeks to the show.

I am 6'3
245lbs
16%bf

At 1.5lbs a week for 21 weeks I will be 213.5lbs I am now 245lbs. That seems a little heavy for the final figure. I figure the initial few weeks there will be some considerably larger weekly weight losses?

Not too mention the water weight in the days leading to the contest.

Truthfully I am kind of worried about not making it but I am in this for the long haul and going to do it.

This was my first day. I am starting a loading cycle this week.

6:30am
8 Egg Whites
2 Packs of Oatmeal
1cup Cranberry Juice w/Creatine Monohydrate

9:00am
50G Casein/Whey Isolate Shake w/Water

While working out 11:00am
Creatine Monohyrdate w/50g Detrose.

12:00pm
25G Whey Isolate Shake

12:45pm
Turkey Breast, 2 Peices of Flax Bread. Cup of Veggies.

3:15pm
25g Equate Protein Bar

6:15pm
2 Chicken Breast, Cup of Brocolli and Cup of Steam Mixed Veggies.

10:00pm
1 Cup Cottage Cheese.

Sound Asleep 11:00pm
