Hi...
In Botswana now... but lived in Scotland for 7 years... about the only place I ever found was Holland and Barrett... but they don't have much... some of the bigger gyms also sell supplements but usually only one brand... (e.g. LA Fitness)... internet... and probably this site is your best bet... but if something is coming from outside Europe/UK you may have to pay VAT...
Whereabouts are you?

I'm just across the water, in NI. Don't know about the rest of the UK, but we seem to have a lack of Sports Nutrition shops. Closest is Holland and Barrett, which can be pricey, except when they have their offers on. Best thing is probably to order online from somewhere like myprotein.co.uk

Can't help you with local gyms, but if yours are anything like here, you'll have to look around to find one that suits. A lot of the bigger gyms here seem to be geared towards fitness classes and cardio. There are more spin bikes and treadmills than weights.

Hey, I'm from Scotland. I tend to use Holland and Barrett but I don't use too many supps.

IMO Holland and Barrett are too expensive and their products sucks balls

I use the net much easier and you find the exact products you are looking for.
