I've been lifting for about 3 years now, and just like all new lifters (for the most part), I bought into the supplement 'hype'.

I've taken everything from N.O. Xplode to all of the muscletech stuff, and for the most part, I got the same result.... not much gain.

At this point, I've done research on what's good what's bad, and I'm looking to use more natural things (i guess as natural as it can get when it comes to supplementing). My question is, what would be good for a pre-workout booster, whey protien isolate and a creatine that actually works (not like "CEM3" and ****). I've got some ideas, but I'm looking for some advice as far as brands go. Here's what I'd like to take

L Arginine
L Ornithine
Glutamine
Vitiman B12
Vitiman C
Creatine
Whey protine isolate
multivitimans
and maybe a testostrone supplement

Also, if these are good things to take, what should the dosing look like?

Any help would be great!

Do your own research buddy. Some websites have very good bulk supplies for Creatine and L Arginine, Glutamine and the like if you want to make your own mixes. Do some research.

or you can help him. I have to say i was lucky to avoid most of the "hype" that is associated with bbing. With that being said the only thing that really helped was a solid creatine (mono or i used purple-K and got some good results) basic protein like ON whey+multivitamin. if you wana take a NO product id recommend white flood or jack3d their solid. Id probably use a NO product instead of making your own pre-work supp cause its more cost-effective (i think).

Feel better now? You must know a ton..................

I think you misunderstood the question. It's not that I haven't done research, it's that I'm asking more of a 'what works best' type question.

No need for Glutamine as it's useless when taken orally.Sure Glutamine may help you if you get severely burned and it's administered by I.V but otherwise do not waste your money on it.

As far as Creatine goes, plain old Creatine Monohydrate is the cheapest and it is also the most studied and probably the best route to go,look for Creapure as it's made in Germany and a very trusted source of Creatine Monohydrate.http://www.creapure.com/

International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand: creatine supplementation and exercise

"5. At present, creatine monohydrate is the most extensively studied and clinically effective form of creatine for use in nutritional supplements in terms of muscle uptake and ability to increase high-intensity exercise capacity"
