View Full Version : Squats somehow injured my neck ? anyone experienced this?

so I was doing heavy squats, and after finishing my workout, I think I pulled something below my lower right neck, cause when I turn my head to left right or looking down it kinda hurts
anyone ever experienced this before? could it be because I was doing the squats too heavy and too fast while looking at the wrong way and somehow pulled something

...I believe it was a pinched nerve. When it hits, it hits like a bolt of lightning, but is gone just as quickly. Hasn't hurt in quite a while though.
