Peak Week

I haven't been able to dial this down. Some people say cut water early and some say don't cut water until Fri afternoon before the show and then what ever amount you pee out consume back in. Any tips?

When is your show? Have you done a test run of your peak (I like to do it 4-5 weeks out if I'm ahead or on schedule). The pee thing is often done at 1/2, not all. I personally cut water at 4pm the day before prejudging.
