Hey guys I thought I would make this workout log to keep track of my progress and to help give me consistency working out. I'm currenting play AAA hockey and my dream is to make the NHL, so I'm giving it everything I have.
Starting stats:
Bench Press-140x1
Deadlift-200x1
Squat-235x12
Those are my big 3.
