A few months ago I started to notice a slight discomfort on the lower front of my left knee. Wasn't really a pain, I guess the best way to describe it is that it feels as if it is going to hurt....but really doesn't. I only notice it when i squat. When I squat it feels like somethin is moving on the bottow of my knee. It has me worried more than anything...it doesn't hurt and doesn't prevent me from doing anything....but it just "feels' like it could give. I bought a cheap knee brace 2 months ago and it seemed to help alot. I could get thru squats without the discomfort...but the last couple workouts it has returned....even with the brace.
It worries me, because it doesn't seem to be getting better. i know this is hard to describe on a forum....but does anyone have any idea what this could be? Any way to heal this?

Could be something as simple as a meniscus tear which requires surgery but you're walking again in 2 days, running in 2 weeks, knee feels completely fine after 2 months.

Had it done 2 years ago.

Go get it checked with a sports doctor, theyll have better specialized training in that type of area
