Alrigh, I'm currently 17yrs. old, 186lbs., 6ft tall, and about 10%bf. It's my third show, the SNBF Georgia.

Anyways, my first question is: I plan on entering another show about 4 or 5 weeks after the upcoming one, and because of this, I decided to start shaving down now, and continue to do so all through the on season. What I'm wondering is about how many times will I need to shave down before I stop getting razors bumps. Also, is there anything I can do post-shaving to help with them. Currently I'm just using rubbing alcohol afterwards.

Also, at 10weeks out, should I start going to a tanning bed now? I'm fairly light skin.

My last question is: Would it be ok to continue using milk with my protein shake if I'm doing cardio? Or should I go ahead and cut it out anyways?

1st question, get yourself a loofah scrub and scrub after shaving. Use a light body scrub

2nd, a tanning bed won't get you dark enough. use a sunless tanner. Read through str8flexed's article stickied at the top of the page and that should supply with enough details.

3rd, milk is fine as long as it fits into your daily macronutrient breakdown. fat-free or lowfat milk of course :)

Start tanning now because you cannot be too dark on stage.
