What's your guys' opinion on growing another inch or two? My dad's 5'10, my mom's 5'6-7 and I'm about 6'0 as of now. I would like another inch or two for sports/appearance purposes. Obviously I'm in college so I haven't been getting sleep that much, but I'm working on getting around 8 hours a night. I've been eating clean and I work out consistently. Also I run and play basketball. Anyone care to fill me in on their experiences?

with parents bein the size they are id say ure pretty close to done. 6'0 is already tall considering where ure coming from and pretty lucky with that. unless u got some really tall ancestors then u might have a chance with another 1/2 inch or so.

look into your uncle's height or grandparent's, i know my friend's family completely takes after the uncle's sizes, none of them take after their parents really

you never know.
Although very few people grow substantially between 20-25.
Eating clean and wokring out really doesnt have anything to do with it at this stage.

I was 6'2" freshman year and I'm 6'3" now with a pretty high chance of growing (parents 6'5" 5'10") A friend of mine went 6'4-6'5. And to be honest, while eating healthy and sleeping a lot is great, unless you do something really stupid/unhealthy, you probably won't change your growth at all... more just luck of genetics
