Hi, I know most people here don't train for baseball, but any criticism on diet, or even training would be appreciated...

Stats:
Height: 5'8"
Weight 140
Bench 140
Squat 180
30 sec Back bridge 10
30 sec navy seal 18
Neutral grip pull up 8
Overhead launch 19 (med ball throw)
Side throw 18 (med ball throw)
running cat 20 (med ball throw)
Step behind 76

Goals by JAN 30th
weight 155 (not all muscle, I don't care...)
Bench 185
Squat 225
30 sec back bridge 20
30 sec navy seal 25
Net. grip pull up 25
all med ball throws 25mph (10 lb ball)
Step behind throw 85 (82mph off the mound)

I'm a freshman pitcher and these are my goals...

I'm going to be videoing myself quite a bit, so expect that in my log too...

Idk what exactly the navy seal or running cat is .... but whats your workout? Idk if your still doing this either since this was back in October.
