hey whats up guys, ive decided to do a log because i think you guys could help me out a little bit, whenever i have problems or questions

Im gunna be doing the Madcow 5x5 linear version

here are my maxes...

Bench- 155 lbs
Squat- 275 (this is using a pretty high box squat, i will be using a lower on that is pretty much parallel.
Dead- i havent done these in a while so i guess well see

i can do about 15 dips and 11-12 chin-ups

My goals are like everyother skinny kid, just gain weight and get stronger.

my diet is pretty good right now in the last month and a half i gained 10 lbs so im gunna try to even eat a little more.

2 weeks ago i had h1n1 so my lifts are down right now by about 10-15 lbs but im pretty sure they will be back up in no time

****Also yesterday i got into a car accident where i got whiplash, we rear ended a bus going 40 mph....yeah its a long story, the car got totaled and everything so my neck is nice and sore and will be for about a week.****

Multi-vitamin
and a lot of food!!!

im gunna start on monday!

these are gunna be my goals by January 1st...

***5rm***
Squat: Now-190/Then-240

Bench: Now-135/Then-165

Chin-ups: Now-11/Then-15-17

Deadlifts: Now-200/Then- 250

Barbell Press and Barbell Row: Not sure what my max on these are but i want to add 30 lbs to whatever they are.

Bodyweight: Now-149/Then- 160-165

BOX SQUATS- 95 lbs x 5
115 lbs x 5
135 lbs x 5
155 lbs x 5
170 lbs x 5
-Easy...cant wait till it starts getting tough!

BENCH- 45 lbs x 5
75 lbs x 5
95 lbs x 5
110 lbs x 5
120 lbs x 5
-Pretty easy, i have lost a lot of strength on these since i got sick

ROW- 45 lbs x 5
65 lbs x 5
75 lbs x 5
85 lbs x 5
105 lbs x 5
-i was planning on doing 95 x 5, but they were so easy i moved up 10 lbs, i have gotten a lot stronger since i did these!

GOOD MORNINGS- 75 lbs x 8
75 lbs x 8

After this i did some chin-ups, i will be doing these about everyday because i really wanna get better at these.

Your deadlift's gonna be much higher than 250 by January 1st

okay so maybe 270 would be a better goal?

if i lost like 10 lbs on all my compound lifts because i was sick for a week, souldnt i get that strength back pretty quickly?

-Pretty easy, man i forgot how tiring these are, after the last set i had to lay down i was so dizzy!

Good workout today, finally got my weight set for all my lifts...its only up from here!

Good workout today i had a nice pump on all lifts, i was gunna do this tomorrow but i realized i wouldnt have enough time... i will start lifting on sunday, tuesday, and thursday
