Just was about to start bulking this week untill i relized. Woah, its almost winter. So with basketball and indoor soccer starting in 2 weeks i decided that there is no way in hell to gain weight while practicing mon-fri 2-5 and 3 days a week for soccer. So im planning to maintain 143 but ill prolly end up losing weight by february. So whats a good routine/diet sound like for me? I love going to the gym every day so avoid rippetoes or a different 3 day a week program. Im not looking for you guys to name each excersice to do each day but just looking for some help on the basics. Been working out for a year or so occasionally but the past month ive been going daily. working out 2 muscle groups a day and ive seen descent results for 3 weeks. my diet has been about 2,500 cals and 100g of protein but other then that i havent been watching what i ate. So starting november first ill be following a workout and nutrition guide based on your input. Thanks!

Todays workout was okay, 5/10. I did triceps and planned on doing shoulders but didnt have the energy. I deffinatly had more energy during my workout when on N.O xplode so im gunna start taking that again. But heres how my workout looked...

Close grip bench
2x10--55lbs
2x10--80lbs

dips(i think this is what drained most of my energy tonight)
2x5--bw

tricep extentions
3x10--20lbs
2x10--25lbs

tricep pushdowns
3x10-20lbs

arnold press(too tired to continue with shoulders)
3x10

mile--9 mins
