One of the trainers from my Gym competed in Open LHW. I wanted to see how it went down because he decided last minute to do Worlds. Dude is 61 and his first show was in 72'!!!

I wish I remember how to spell his last name. Since I wanted to see some pics from his other shows.

Guess he didn't place.

I was there and really dont know how they could of placed anybody? Inthe open classes, each class was out the maybe no lie 3-4 mins. They got spun so fast suprised nobody puked and hit maybe 4 or 5 poses. In the LT Heavies the there were 9 in class and 1st place guy was all the way to the left the 2nd place was in the middle and 3rd was to the right. They never put the guys together to compare them. Maybe the judges were that good? Heck even at the top level they compare the guys together>

I no they were running late but you never short change your competitors. They had some acts at intermission that they could of gottern rid of to make up the time. There were alot of unhappy people in the crowd and competitors, too bad cause it was a good show that could of been better.
