Im new to competing just not to lifting. I have decided that after looking at pictures of Branch Warren (fav.), Wheeler, Coleman. Working out no longer became just something to do. I decided that its what I want to do. I put on 30lbs in the last 5 months after altering my diet. I am just looking for help from the vets on how to get started and how the game is played from the inside so to speak. I can provide details upon request of training, diet, etc.
