Well to start i am 5'8 170lbs and i am 15 years old. i dont know my bf % but its decently high. I just finished my freshman year of football. I played middle linebacker and I started =) I am planing for next year so im starting lifting now.
my maxes are
bench: 185~
squat: 200~ =(
deadlift: 200~ =(
my maxes used to be a lot higher but lost strength over the 3 month season. so i have to start over and gain some back. i am purposely starting lower on all 3 lifts that way i build my way up to my pr and smash it easily. i will be adding 5lbs a week on bench and squat. 10lbs on deadlift(if that doesnt work out i will change it to 5lbs)i will put the weights im doing when i start. I will be doing this mon wed fri. i do speed training those days also. I start next monday bc my last game saturday. Wish me luck with this.
