hey all how do u tell your % of body fat thanx anyway bye!

Its pretty much a guessing game that you only get better at from experience. To get good you need to get a test done such as electrical impedence, calipers, or the water tank. Typical error is about 3-5%. If you list your height and weight we might be able to take a reasonable stab at it.

I'm curious to see how good your guessing is!!! I had my BF measured yesterday, so I know. I'm 6'3", 213 lbs. GUESS......

kinda can see abs.....11ish??

I measured at 6.5% (caliper). My abs are visible, but they are the last place I lose. My chest measurement was 3mm, thigh measurement 7mm, but my ab measurement was 12mm.
hey guys i know this should be in a diff mess. board but i want to ask you guys. im 13 and benn working my biceps for 5 weeks and my bicep measures 12 inches is that good 4 my age well g2g

Bump! How can you possibly even estimate body fat without seeing a person. If someone is 5'8 and weights 240 pounds, either they are fat or they are a big SOB.
