google it and you'll get plenty of techniques.
i understand the most accurate way is to have a professional use calipers and calculate your bf%. there are plenty of machines out there, but i have found that spending the money isn't worth it as the machines are about 2% to 5% out, which is a huge amount to be wrong by.
alternatively you could post a picture and get a load of people randomly guess anything between 2% and 60%.
