i've been trying to bulk up, but then i get a pregnant belly. I'm a 27 years old , 5'1, 98 LB. i don't eat junk food, only protein bars, protein shake stand whey (before and pos workout, white eggs in the morning, whole wheat bread, bananas; i eat every 2-3 hrs, i"m lifting 3x a week, my job is a real cardio so i don't do any, especially because i don't want to lose any more weight. Maybe i should take creatine, but i don't know how much to take. aNY ADVICE ABOUT SUPPLEMENTS???PLEASE HELP ME i'm almost giving up...seems to be impossible for me to gain some mass.....been trying for a while. THANK YOU !!!!!!

How many calories do you eat? How long is trying for a while? It takes years to add lean mass...especially for women.

i eat around 2.000 cal a day, i tryed to eat more than that and i had a pregnant belly,then i cut back, i also feel very full all the time(uncomfortable) if i eat too much, i'm small.... that's why i was thinking about more supplements.

It's possible you may be bloating from the types of foods and frequency you're eating...this can really be mistaken for some fat...
What bars, is it Optimum whey, how much bread, and where is your good fat intake? Do you still feel full between meals?

It's possible you may be bloating from the types of foods and frequency you're eating...this can really be mistaken for some fat...
What bars, is it Optimum whey, how much bread, and where is your good fat intake? Do you still feel full between meals?
the protein bar is south beach living(peanut butter), my protein shake is 100% gold standard whey...
sometimes in the morning when i don't have time to make the white eggs i eat 2 slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter and jelly.
The problem is if i had this "belly" and still gaining mass was ok, but i'm not. I make like 3 white eggs and turkey breast, then i drink the protein shake in the morning and i fell so full, and still not gaining any mass. maybe i should take some supplements and still eating the same amount? Do u know what kind of supp. i can take? thanks Thuirwyne for your help

In that it's all in your belly, it really sounds like bloat. With whole food proteins, we may need some fat to help a little with digestion. This isn't the case with everyone, but for some of us it helps.
I'd suggest adding 1 whole egg with your whites. I'd also suggest getting a "cleaner" bar than the South Beach one...you could have 1/2 VPX Zero Impact or an entire Perfect Foods bar.
It's funny that this is a supplement based forum, but I think you'll find most of us opt for whatever can be done with regular diet first, exercise second, then supps!
Lastly, you may benefit even more by having a little pineapple or papaya with each protein meal; this will help you digest the protein a bit better.
Take a look at your fiber intake; if you're not getting enough and have high protein, that can lead to bloat; if you're getting plenty but don't drink enough water, that can also lead to bloat!
Give those a try for a couple weeks and I bet you'll see the difference!
If not digestive enzymes may be the way to go!
