I finished up my Animal Pump/Torrent stack this weekend and am very pleased with the progress made and final results. I've never been big on creatine because it has always made my face look swollen and the rest of my body puffy, but this time around, no such reactions.
Before this stack I was only taking White Flood as my only supplement aside from protein. I had reached a plateau in just about all of my workouts...mainly my chest and shoulders. My chest has always been a tough spot for me to add mass. I gained a solid 3-4lbs in the 3-4 week stack period. My chest is fuller along with every other muscle in my body. Below are the MAJOR changes made. I went up at least 10 lbs in all exercises though.
I took Animal Pump about 35 minutes before minus the red pill, then White Flood 10 minutes before. Torrent was taken immediately after my workouts.
Flat bench dumbell press
Before: 65x10, 70x10, 75x8
After: 75x10, 80x10, 95x8
Dumbell shoulder press
Before: 40x10, 45x10, 50x8
After: 50x10, 55x10, 65x8
Skullcrushers
Before: 85x10, 95x10, 105x8
After: 95x10, 105x10, 110x10
Dumbell rows
Before: 65x10, 70x10, 75x5
After: 75x10, 80x10x2
Dumbell deadlifts
Before: 60x10x3
After: 75x10x3
Overall I am very pleased with my gains. I still can't believe I can get those 95lbs dumbells up! I used to look at everything past 80lbs and think I would NEVER get there.
Im taking a month or so off from everything except WF. I may try this stack again with M-Stak added.
