I attended the WNBF pre-judging last year, and was blown away by the level of competition.

Would love to know what pros will be back this year? Looking forward to a showdown between Greenwood and Cordova.

Decided to do the INBF show this year. Never did a fall show, and I love the fact that the summertime gym crowd is gone and I never have to wait for cardio equipment.

I won't be competing at World's because of the flaws in upper body. I'm working on fixing this and will be ready to go for a Pro Card in 2010! Thanks for all your encouragement along the way. I'm sitting it out this year, a decision I made after the 2007 Worlds, irrespective of how 2008 went. Whilst I'm now kinda regretting it, it has enabled my husband, Stuart, and I to fit other things into our life together this year.
Call it Fate, but things have also been unstable on the work front for me this year (something I am sure many of you share), but thankfully, things are more settled now. Having put in some solid training since last year's Worlds, and hoping to do the same in the coming months, I already have 13th November 2010 marked in my diary.
Good luck to all those competing in this year's event - I'm sure it will be huge, and await the results!

I will be there. What a great looking line up & this is always an amazing show.

I was blown away by this show the first time I competed here in 2003 as an amateur and was blessed to win the light heavies - Robert Hope won the overall that year. Since then I have been to watch it and this will be my 3rd time competing in the Pro Worlds. I have enjoyed this show everytime.

Simply a great show and a lot of fun!

Thankyou so much, Nancy - your support and encouragement over the years has been instrumental in making me the bodybuilder I am today, and I remain in total awe of you. I too was bummed out when I found out I wasn't going to get to meet you in person, but I will be back next year; I've already started checking out apartments!

Good luck to everyone on this wonderful occasion - give it your best, learn by your experiences, as I did, and above all, enjoy it. Be humble in victory and gracious in defeat.

I'm itching to know the results, and have already ordered the DVD's.
