I do MMA once per week, BJJ once per week and lift on a 5x5 program on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
I want to do conditioning work outs early in the morning but I don't know how often to do them?
Monday - 9am-9pm in Uni, Push day for weights
Tuesday - Day off Uni, MMA in the evening
Wednesday - Finish uni at 11am, Legs day for weights, BJJ in the evening
Thursday - 11am-6pm in Uni
Friday - 12pm-4pm in Uni, Pull day for weights, Work 5-9
Saturday - Work 7am-3pm
Sunday - Free
Should I do conditioning on tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays? I work pretty much all day Saturday so that might aswell be a rest day from training.
I will probably do sprints and interval runs around my local park broken up with burpees, push ups, pull ups, kettlebell stuff, hill sprints etc.
Would Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays be ok guys? Need some good advice please :)
