When I do squats I always end up with an inflammation of some sort on my spine, perhaps the bar is sitting wrong. It usually goes away after a few days, but now it's still hanging out. I havent squatted in months(went to leg presses) and the swelling is still there. It's right between my shoulder blades on my spine, w/out fail everytime I squat is flares it up. I wanted to wait it out to see if it'd go away but it hasn't. It's not quasimodo yet, but when i lean my head forward you can see it. There isn't any pain, just feels like my spine and some tissue is just inflamed. What do you suggest, and is there anyway to avoid this? I may have it checked out soon since it hasn't gone away.
