So I have been exercising for a month in a half now and my weight is only a few places, I do get the compliments and in some areas inches have gone down but for some reason I want to see it more so on the scale. I know I have a long way to go and that I cannot compare myself to anyone because we are all different. I try my best to go to the the gym 5 days a week 2-3 times a day if I can. Right now I have change my workout a little to do more cardio at a higher level. So inches are better than weight lost. I do have other benifits like walking up stairs are not so hard, and pushing myself to do a workout is not so hard anymore. My schedule is tight with two jobs but I thank God that I am able to do all these things because he strengthens me, it is because of his breath in me that gives me the air to breath, thank you Jesus.
