Awesome news! The 2009 OCB Cape Cod Natural/IFPA Gaspari Nutrition Men's Pro Classic & Dymatize Figure Pro Classic will be available on a live webcast!
For those of you who can't make the trip, there will be a live internet video feed starting at 10:50 AM on Saturday October 10, 2009. Pros go on first.

This will be an awesome event! Some of the best Natural Professional bodybuilders along with some of the best amateur nattys you'll ever see on stage in one day.
I will be lucky enough to be front row for the show... but thanks to James Carron (promoter), everyone will get the chance to see these great competitors live!

I saw Rico Browning at last years NGA Universe, he won it as well...crazy physique in person...thick and ripped everywhere...
