DAY 1

I've decided to make a change in my life! I'm tired of the bulky look, the man boobs, the low self-esteem, the constant feeling I am in a Nutty Professor Fat Suit! Jay Cutler really inspired me to go out for my dream of competing in my first ever competition. After seeing how ****ing amazing he looked winning the Mr. Olympia and making history, I've decided to log my first cycle with 11-OXO.

A little bio on myself

I'm 20, been lifting since I was 15 but got serious about bodybuilding until I was about 16 1/2. I lift consistently about 5 times a week/rarely if ever do cardio. My diets been pretty ****ty, eat a lot of protein and bad carbs. Going to be cutting out all the detrimental habits (No more Booze or 420) Its gonna be a true test of will power because i love both very much! lol

CYCLE

2 Bottles of 11-OXO
Week 1 - 3 pills/7 days
Week 2 - 4 pills/7 days
Week 3 - 6 pills/7 days
Week 4 - 4 pills/7 days

Probably will take a PCT after the cycle

Giving myself 4 months to get ripped to shreds! Lets go!

BF not too sure, no visible abs, :-( lol

Bench-225 for 25 (hurt my chest/shoulder benching 315 on my 7th rep 3 weeks ago :-( )
Squat-315 for 10, then drop set 225 for 20-25 depending on my psyche, always throw up after legs :-/

Anyone ever hear of experiencing hiccups all day from 11-oxo?! i had them all day, and the lethargy really kicked in today, i knocked out so ****ing hard 3 hours after the gym.

Im about to do some cardio, hope it will be safe, felt crazy buzzed when i had a cup of wine that my mom gave me, i guess cant drink any type of alcohol on this stuff unless you want to get intensely drunk.

Getting a bit more oily, havent really had acne since i was 18, its definitely going to affect me :-/

Day 2 seems to be such a downer, but I am focused and on track, til tomorrow, letss go.

Just had a ****ing phenominal day at the gym aside from torrential downpour.

Big Leg day! Last week did 315 for 10, today i did 315 for 15. I can honestly say it felt like butter, at this rate once i do 315 for 20 reps i know i can put 405 like nothing.

Cant wait for next weeks results this stuffs amazing. Been sticking to my keto diet, feel pretty unstoppable lately, till tomorrow, lets go!

havent written here in a while im sorry been very busy, but the gains are great, have gotten very oily and acne is very evident. i havent had a break out or pimples since highschool! 3 years later and it returns! fml........

Gains impressive, went from 242lbs to 237, pyramid up to 405 on squat for 2 sets of 5 reps. Feel like im beasting out, thats a full 2 plate on each side of barbell increase in squats.

As for incline bench, i have been battling a pulled or slightly torn left pec, which has impaired all chest work outs, i tried this weekend for 315 and did it for about 3 reps with the injury, but i re-aggravated it, like a dumb ass, i use good form, just ruined it about a month or 2 back :(

Anyways, im very pleased with product, though i have to admit, its gotten me extremely moody, i feel extremely irritable on the stuff, like i cried out of no where two days ago, just from being angry at absolute horse ****, for no apparent reason after getting into a fight with my dad that night. If you are suffering from any psychological disorders, i definitely would consult with a doctor as it seems to distort your regulation of coping like i severly feel extreme highs or lows on this stuff, for the most part it makes you angry and depressed. (in my case atleast)

BEAST GAINS... thats pretty much it, will post up soon, let me know what u guys think, would be awesome to hear from anyone. thanks!

Not many people will agree with started a ph at 20, especially when you didn't have your diet in order.

I think you should had maintained a solid diet for a few months, than maybe tried this. Although this is very mild, it is a ph.
