5-6 small meals a day. talking about sandwiches, oatmeal, chicken, fish, veggies. I was on a horrible diet in high school. In college you learn to maintain your weight a lot better. What I learned in NSCA is that there is no such thing as bad food, its the moderation that kills it. Stay hydrated. at 135, you should be in a close range to cutting to 25s without a problem.

Similar to what he said, however he left out a huge part. Find out what your maintenance calories are. You can figure that out with different calculators online to estimate it. Then roughly estimate the calories you burn during the day. (I didn't bother to do this as its hard to estimate IMO. What I did was I found my maintenance calories and I cut them down by 600 and I go week to week adjusting. If I lose more then 2.5 lbs in a week, i bump it up by 100 and if i dont lose atleast 1lb a week i drop it by 200. Reason for this is, you want to get to 125 but you dont want to drop 5 lbs of muscle an 5lbs of fat.
