If you are getting Miller, Grant and Rice I say do it for sure. You are set at WR and really need some RB help. You get a great TE and two good RB's.

You are getting raped then. Jones isn't even going to play for a week or two. You will be so thin at RB. You are trading two good RB's for 1 ok RB. Ocho doesn't have a starting spot on your team. Unless you start 3 WR's. Even then Manningham isn't that far behind Ocho. Trade doesn't make sense at all.

i wouldnt do that. you need RB's. Felix jones might be out for a while, stick with what you have for try to trade for a top tier RB, not willis mcgahee

You need running back help. You have enough WRs.

You seriously think McGahee will keep up his TD pace? Ray Rice is the guy to have in that offense. You are trading him and Ryan Grant who is also a good RB for Mcgahee and Ocho. You don't need another WR. So you are giving up a low end #1 TE, 2 high end #2 RB's for a #2 WR and a low end #2 RB. It makes no sense at all.

This. I would sit tight for another week or two, and see how Felix is...maybe after his week 6 bye. Then, maybe offer him and Celek or Olsen for an upgrade at RB. With Celek and Olsen, you have the same guy, and you will have a headache picking which to start...inevitably getting it wrong.
