Hi, Just need some advice..
when im sparring in cage with someone, I ALWAYS seem to be putting too much power into my punches, I havent been training mma for long, I think its about 3 month now. Never really done boxing or anything before, and when I am in cage, I know I should be going light, as its just a spar, but I never notice that I am going too hard, I dont know if its nerves or just fear, but I try to go fast, then power seems to come into it. Its beginning to piss me off to be fair lol, any help appreciated.. =]
