Sorry if this has been asked before, or there is a thread on it,
but during a rugby game i get cramp in my calf's, it usually kicks in about 15-20 mins into the second half,
i think I'm drinking enough water, not sure though, oh and stretching during the game doesn't help,
any advice would be great,
