Since Smith and Manningham should have been claimed already, what WR left do you think are going to be the flavor of the week?
Just to name a few who are FA in my league:
Johnny Knox (Will do kick return now also)
Ted Ginn JR (Pennington's #1 target)
Pierre Garcon (Could be Manning's second receiver)
I like Knox but Ginn JR is close behind.

Ginn and Knox are both good pickups for bye weeks with some positive upside... especially if your league gives return yardage points.

if Laurent Robinson can stay healthy, I think he's gonna be alright.
the Rams have to start doing something eventually and he's pretty much all they've got going on there.

True but Miami was more concerned about the WR's in that game than Dallas Clark who got me tons of points. He's just someone who I think could benefit from Gonzalez's injury.

Is it too early in the season to be taking gambles on FA WR's who have had nice games thus far?
I have Boldin, Bowe, and White starting but I don't like the matchup for Boldin. The Colts have the best pass defense in the league and Boldin is suppose to be my #1 WR (Sadly).
I have Walters and Edwards on the bench and have been looking at a few FA's. Knox, Mike Sims-Walker, Ted Ginn Jr., Mark Clayton. Matchups favor Clayton and Ginn the most. Would I be crazy to start one of them over Boldin LOL.

I just recently picked up Know...could have Eddie Royal potential with Cutler.

You using him as a starter this week or just using him for bye weeks?

I have Ginn in my starting lineup.
It all depends on how your scoring is. Ginn had 10 receptions and ~100 yards. I also have Robinson on my team.
Knox I'm high on, but not sure yet. Hester/Earl both should be targets a head of him.
Garcon is a no. 3 target at most. Behind Wayne/Clark.

Who is in your starting lineup and who did you sit.
I have Boldin, Bowe, and White as my usual 3 WR but I don't like the Boldin, Colts matcup.

I would start Boldin. This game is equivalent to a heavy-weight bout, in terms of passing offense. All defensive stats are out the window in contests like this, IMO. I would be more worried about Fitz not getting his points, more so than Boldin.

I think I'm gonna sit him until we see some consistency out of him and the Bears offense.

Garcon is a guy i would hold on too. He could be valuable once he gets in rythm with Peyton.
Knox COULD be a very valuable guy as well. He is very similar to Royal like one poster said. He is a short fast guy who runs very good shorter routes, but unlike Royal he can get deep very well too. Right now he is splitting No.2 duties with Earl Bennet though.
Mike Sims Walker would be a good pickup now. Last year he played well until he got injured and the No.2 in Jacksonville is on IR so Walker got that job and last game he produced well. He should get plenty of targets there too.

Sim-walker and Cox right now are two guys I need to keep an eye on. I don't want to get screwed like in the Smith and Manningham waiver situation because I am listed as #8. I don't want to pull the trigger to early so I'll just wait to see who produces the most and hopefully I don't get screwed again. Boldin and White are on a bye next week and I like the bears/lions matchup with Cox.
Gonna be a dangerous week 4 with Edwards, Bowe, and either Cox/Sims-Walker.
