Hello:

I've just joined this forum but I've been browsing for awhile and it seems really cool.

Here's my "phsique problem"-

I'm short-waisted and narrow through the hips, which gives me a "thicker" look through the middle. (Even though when I measured my waist it was only 25". Dieted down for a fitness contest.) I'm also smaller through the bust area which doesn't help either...(I'm 5'2" with a medium build.)

Anyone else with this "deficiency"? Any training suggestions? I have a WONDERFUL trainer right now, who suggested limiting oblique work and increasing the width of my back and that helped somewhat....

Any other suggestions?

Luckily, I'm able to build muscle fairly quickly and can get very lean with diet and cardio.

Thanks!

So you are saying that you are blocky, lacking symmetry? If that's the case, you need to do more shoulder and back work to bring balance. Also, keep your legs up to speed, work on your sweep.

You don't have a deficiency, you just have to bring out your hidden symmetry. ;)
