Any truth to the notion that it's better to work out in the morning because that's when testosterone levels are the highest.

well , leave aside the testosterone **** , for me , i like workin out in the morning , feels good the whole day , also , ure best geared to burn fat first thing in the morning .

everytime i work out in tha day i feel weak so i usually work out in tha afternoon.

I've actually read that your strength levels are highest 7-8 hours after you wake up. that would be the best time for lifting however the best time for fat burning cardio is first thing in the morning if you can handle it

i believe that everyone is different, simply because of lifestyle, workhours, eating habits, hours of sleep, etc.
So you should work out when it best fits into your day and when you feel the best ! Only then will you work with enough intensity, which transfers into results !
