View Full Version : 1st post, need help before i begin tomorrow

hi, i am 5"7 170 pounds. to be totally honest i dont have a good metabolism at all. i may seem at a good weight but i got alot of fat on me. i want to drop a good 30 pounds and then start a bulk. i want to start bulking after im very lean though. what i want to do is start a fat loss meal plan that is strictly for weight loss. i dont care about satisfying my taste buds or eating what i like to eat. i want to eat like the professionals do before a contest because i want those kinda results. could someone help me accomplish this?


my schedule is like this, i can eat 3 meals a day. who can help me put the best 3 possible fat loss meals together.... im shooting for 1200-1500 calories



breakfast- ?


work


lunch- ?


work


go straight to gym and lift


dinner- ?


go to sleep after dinner

eating 12-1500 calories isnt going to restore it

dont go below 12x's bodyweight

alright well i dont want to over eat. lets shoot for 1800 calories. i want to control my appetite and get use to eating less. it will be hard but i can do it. can you help me set up a meal plan for 3 meals a day... i want to get great results by eating the best foods..

(i understand calories in vs calories out but i want to get the most out of my food and eat the " cleanest " i can at 1800 calories)

bfast- 1packet/serving oatmeal, 1/2ceggbeaters, 1oz cheese, banana, 1tbsp PB (500)
lunch- tuna sandwich on whole grain, salad w/ oil/dressing (400)
dinner- 6oz chicken, 5oz sweet potato, salad w/ dressing, steam broccoli (450)
snack 1- 1 scoop whey and fruit (200)
snack 2- banana and PB (200)
snack 3- 1/2c Cottage cheese w/ fruit or PB (150-175)
This is about 1925
up to 2050-2100 after week 1 or 2
you can choose to eat 1200, 1500 or 1700 but your metabolism will stay this slow or slow down eventually if you do

okay i will base it of what you gave me. im going to adjust it a little. just a quick question. if im having 1800 calories. how many grams of protein, carbs, and fat should i be eating? with 3 meals a day

so basically


breakfast- 600 cals ? protein grams? fat grams? carb grams?


lunch- 600 cals etc....


dinner- 600 cals etc...
