Any last minute advice?
I have a show this weekend - Pre-judging Friday night. Any advice?
I have maintained my 120 lbs. (up from 108)
I feel good, but I am bored of "training" for this Figure competition.
I am also nervous about making the elimination cut to come back Sat. afternoon for the FINALS.

1. Relax. Stress causes water retention.
2. Train Monday and Tuesday, upper body. Choose 2 exercises, light weight and shoot for 20-25 reps. Rest the rest of the week. No cardio the final week, the training will deplete you enough.
3. Don't neglect your water, start reducing Thursday.
This is from a female bodybuilding contest standpoint.

Smile, the most important factor. :D Put Vasoline on your teeth to ensure that you do smile. :D
